The Swimming Pool Area

The 17 meter infinity pool is the real gem of this property: it’s set in a sunny paved terrace filled with sun chairs and sun beds and it’s surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers and a has a fantastic view of Mount Gallo.

A great place to sit back and relax while catching some hot Sicilian sunshine.

Unlike any other ordinary swimming pool in the neighbourhood, our pool has been built with the highest technology. It uses an innovative system which allows to enjoy swimming without the worries of high levels of toxins such as chlorine so it really has nothing standard about it! The pool is serviced every 3 days by a pool service company and the chlorine they use is minimum so your dyed hair won’t change color!

The pool area has been designed with great attention to detail: it has 3 elephant water jets and 2 jacuzzi jets on each side of the pool. As well as the outdoor bathroom with shower & changing room, guests can use the outdoor mosaic-décor shower hidden by the frangipani tree. The pool is open from 1st April to 31st October.

The outdoor dining area is positioned in the garden of the villa and features a built in kitchen with spacious black marble worktop, 2 hobs, 2 fridges, a large gas BBQ and a small coal BBQ that guests can also use. On the black marble top you have a few kitchen appliances such as microwave, electric induction hob, toaster, kettle, espresso coffee pot.

Table linen and flatware are kept inside the kitchen draws and cupboards.

Help yourself to the basics of cooking like Sicilian extra-virgin olive oil, salt & pepper.

The pool and outdoor kitchen area is shared with family members mostly at the weekend or late afternoons.

Service available on request:

• Grocery Shopping Service – if you’re arriving on a late night flight and would like to find food or drinks drop me a line and I’ll get you sorted.

• Transport to/from Palermo airport and city center can be arranged for you with our local taxi driver. If you have already booked a cab please make sure the taxi driver doesn’t drop you off at our gate, ask him to enter the property and park by the outdoor staircase.

• A party or special event may be allowed if discussed in advance.

• Sicilian cooking classes in the outdoor kitchen can be organized.

How do damage deposits work?
