The villa Agrippa, furnished with tourism 3 *** ... by the Gîtes de France. is ideally located on the edge of a hamlet in Vaucluse, at the crossroads of Gard, Ardeche and Drôme Provençale, between Mont Ventoux, the gorges of the Ardèche, Enclave of the Popes and the ancient cities of Orange and Avignon. It is a comfortable house, adjoining the owners, completely independent by its separate access (entrance and gate) and not overlooked. The owners are not very present. You will have on the ground floor a living room with kitchen open to a living / dining room which serves a large covered terrace, a bathroom with Italian shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will have two bedrooms with beds of 160 for each, a room with two beds of 90 'with the possibility of pairing if necessary) and a mezzanine bed of 140 (all rooms are equipped with a TV), a room of water and a toilet on the floor also. The whole house is air-conditioned. Equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combination, gas barbecue, toaster, hair dryer .... Sheets provided and towels on request. Internet access by 4 G. The villa is on a plot of 10000 m2 with secure swimming pool and large relaxation area, a playground with swing, slide, babyfoot and a large trampoline. Great opportunities for cyclists of all levels because the villa is located in plain and close to hills Everything is there to spend family holidays in peace near the vineyards and olive groves. Possibility to put in a safe place bicycles cyclists. Easy access by the Orange TGV station (15 minutes) and the A7 motorway at 10 minutes.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I cancel my booking?

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David & Sylvie (the owner) a message.

    If David & Sylvie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
