The apartment is located in the residence Corte Ferari, right in the center of Moniga and is part of the Ciaovacanze brand.

Beautiful lake view.

Corte Ferrari is made only by 17 apartments, so the atmosphere is cosy and relaxing, ideal for families and couples. The apartment has a balcony, so that you can enjoy an open air dinner.

It is perfectly located, with the town centre and its bars, restaurants, pizzerias and shops only a 1 min walk away. 5 mins walk are the shores of Lake Garda where you will find lakeside restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice-cream parlours, ferries to spend a nice day visiting the whole Lake Garda, boat hire and scooter hire. And if you want to stay even closer, then relax around our beautiful swimming pool and enjoy the stunning lake views.

If you have a car, there is also a car park inside the residence, protected by a gate.

A shared BBQ facilities with shared tables and chairs for our guests is available!

Our apartment, is well sized (80m2 the 2 bedroom). Modern furnishings, TV, SAT TV and DVD player, just in case of a rainy day! Wooden beams throughout and air-conditioning. There is sofa and a sofabed, table and chairs (and another set on the balcony for eating outside watching the light of the lake), fully fitted kitchen. Modern bathroom with shower, sink and bidet. The main bedroom has a double bed. Second bedroom has 2 single beds and a bunk bed. Cot bed and high chair on request. Washing machine in the apartment!

The apartment overlooks the swimming pool - ideal for parents to keep an eye on the kids! The pool is shared only between the 17 apartments in the residence, and has plenty of space to relax. There are sunloungers and parasols for use. There is also a children play area.

How do damage deposits work?
