The apartment is located in the residence Relais Rosa dei Venti, part of the Ciaovacanze brand, a residence composed by 46 apartments in a wide area and divided in 8 blocks.

This apartment is category standard. It is generous in dimensions with lake view. We want you to feel comfortable as if you were at home: modern furnishings, air-conditioning and heating system, bed linen and towels, underground park protected by a gate, self-service laundry facilities, two swimming pool with a special area for toddlers, sun-loungers and parasols and a reception will be there for you! Playground for kids.The apartment can be either ground or first floor.

They are strategically located: less than 200 meters from the Beach and the new Moniga's marina and close to town. Lakeside you will find a beach, restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlors and of course boat hire and ferries.

In the centre you will get bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops, bank, post office and more.We can provide cot and high chair on request...

The aparmtent is well sized and have patio with a surface each of 20sqm surface so you will be able to eat outside gazing at the lake! SAT TV and DVD player, just in case of a rainy day! Air-conditioning and central heating. There are 2 sofas, table and chairs. To rest outside a couple of sunloungers.The living room has an incorporated kitchen and dining area, though in summer you will probably enjoy dining outside on the patio. The living area seats 4 - 6 people comfortably. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, with microwave, fridge, sink and so on - everything you need to prepare your own meals. We can offer apartment with one shower room and:2 bedroomsBedroom 1: has a double bedBedroom 2: has 2 single beds. Double wall bed is available in the living room.

The two pools (16meters x 8 meters) are shared between the 46 apartments in the residence, and have plenty of space to relax. There are sun-loungers and parasols for your use. A part of the swimming pool has a depth of 50 cm for toddlers. Shared BBQ facilities available.

I think you underlined our value, ie view, terrace/balcony, wide apartments, location, typical village, and we are happy you enjoyed your stay. I'm sorry for the ants, but being in the nature and garden, they are common in this season, as they look for warm temperature inside the house in the evenings.
