Set within the grounds of Monk Soham House, this delightful summer lodge has a stylish rustic charm. The vaulted ceiling, fresh white walls and floors, reflects the light around the rooms.

The double bedroom has beautiful views over the natural pond and fields beyond and the sitting room windows and French doors all deliver great rural views across the country garden. The open plan living space has a kitchen area with cooking facilities and a small table and chairs for cosy dining, either inside or on the veranda. This charming lodge is ideal for couples wanting to visit this peaceful part of Suffolk and enjoy some of the best pubs in the county or the 'Castle on the Hill' in the nearby market town of Framlingham.

Sitting area: A painted wooden floor throughout with sofa, coffee table, painted chest of drawers, TV with freeview, dvd player and ipod dock

Kitchen: A range of fitted units, electric oven and double ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment

Dining area: A small round table with two chairs

Bathroom: A bath with overhead shower, washbasin and wc

Bedroom: Double bed and bedside cabinets with lamps, wall hooks for hanging

Outside: An open garden, within the grounds of Monk Soham House with large flower beds, natural pond, ducks and a pony. There is outdoor furniture and a barbecue for guests to use

Heating: Oil fired central heating - radiators

Also... Excellent 4G coverage, ironing board and travel cot on request - please note that the bedroom is tight on space so cot can be used in the adjacent sitting room.

Please be aware that it is not possible to charge electric vehicles at Little Morley Lodge. EVs like to draw as much power as possible for charging, so that an additional load from other devices may trip the circuit breaker.

The owners are extremely nice, and live in the farmhouse in the grounds, and are generally available should you need any assistance. The grounds are spacious and Little Morley Lodge is private and un-overlooked.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
