From the owner

Gorgeous and quiet apartment for four people in the centre of Monopoli, in Apulia. It has been totally restored with really high standards and furnished with tailor made details and interiors and have two bedrooms (a master bedroom and a twin/double bedroom). The apartment is situated on the first floor of a historic building, at 500 meters far from historic centre and Monopoli’s beaches in a quiet area where is possible to park.

The property was completely restored in typical tasteful Apulian style, respecting the traditional style and conforming the interiors to the modern needs and it is within minutes walking distance from shops, restaurants and amenities.

It is 60 square meters in size on the same floor and has air conditioning in access corridor; it is composed by one large kitchen/living room with fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, a spacious master bedroom with large wardrobe and air conditioning, a twin/double bedroom and a bathroom equipped with toilet and shower.

Its a delightful flat ideal for a romantic stay for one/two couples or family with one/two children. The apartment can be also requested together with another apartment in the same floor of building.

We will ask you to sign a simple tourist rental agreement of which will be given copies.

Arrival is in the afternoon from 4 pm to 11pm, departure until 10 am. Please ask if you want to arrive/depart at different times - I am not strict but it may need planning. In case you arrive after 9 pm to the airport I expect you to take a taxi to make it more depend;
The rates not included the tourism tax (1€ per night per person; free for under12).
We will ask you to sign a simple tourist rental agreement of which will be given copies.

How do damage deposits work?

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Martino (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
