Villa Casablanca is an old Spanish house which is nestled in a very tranquil, and quiet valley in the countryside.

In this secluded setting, Villa Casablanca offers views of the surrounding valley and orange groves. We welcome you to stay at our Self Catering Accommodation.

Villa Casablanca offers you great value and excellent service, come join us and experience the holiday of your dreams.

Villa Casablanca accommodation offers two double bedrooms en-suite, one twin bedded room and family bathroom. Large open plan sitting and dining room, kitchen, conservatory with pool and terraces where you can sit, relax with a glass of wine or book.

All rooms are tastefully and comfortably furnished and include ceiling fans. We offer all the amenities of being home away from home, with TV, DVD, CD Stereo system.

Valencia airport 20 minutes, Valencia City 25 minutes, Cheste Circuito 15 minutes. The large town of Torrent is 10 minutes away and the village of Monserrat is but, eight minutes away.

Villa Casablanca is the ideal place to relax or explore the area with the Formula 1 European Grand Prix, MotoGP at Cheste Circuito, Golf Clubs, etc; and not to mention Valencia itself, a stunning city with its amazing architecture. The Fallas is a must see and experience. Fiestas, Bull runs and Tomatino Festival are the heart of the summer season

On May 25, I received an enquiry from Pablo Casanova wishing to rent Villa Casablanca from 13-20 July 2020. As with all other enquiries, before accepting any bookings, they informed that we, the owner’s live on site, on the ground floor, and that we have dogs, that are friendly, well behaved and have no access to the apartment that has its own private entrance. This is point where guests making enquiries have the option to proceed with the booking or not. Your response, “Good morning Lyndon, we all agree to proceed with the reservation”. On your arrival at 18:00h where you and friends were escorted upstairs and shown around. You and friends were informed that we have neighbours, so no loud music after midnight, and if you must have music playing do so that only you and friends can hear it. If you have any problems we are downstairs. Later that evening when you were all on the terrace drinking and having a good time, I came upstairs after receiving a WhatsApp message from you about friends visiting. During this conversation, I asked, how many friends? You responded 6, I said “you can only have 5”. We agreed to 5 of your friends on Thursdays and 6 on Saturday with the understanding there are no sleepovers and your friends leave at 23:00hr. As your guests were leaving on Thursday evening, we had another discussion where plans had changed. Now you had four guests arriving on Friday and now two on Saturday. Again you were reminded no sleepovers and they leave at 23:00hr. We had just come of three month lockdown in Spain due to COVID -19, and wanted to keep to the social gathering rules. On Saturday evening I was called upstairs where your friends asked if they could stay the night. Answer no, but you can leave at 00:00hr, when the pool light comes on that is your signal to leave. They asked, can we sleep in the car? No. 01:30 your guests were still on the premises, and after an argument ensued, my partner called the Guardia Civil. Your friend, whom you hadn’t seen in year due to his Erasmus studies, left with his girlfriend immediately. The Guardia Civil arrived 03:30hr, took your information and confiscate a rather large bag of marijuana. Now, for you to say that plates and glasses were dirty, is blatant lie. Due to COVID-19, I personally hand washed all plates, glasses, and all utensils in the kitchen. First in hot bleach water and rinsed in hot water as I do before each guests arrives. So that comment in your review was made up as you went in writing it Now, nowhere in our advert does state “Party house or catering to large events”, and at the bottom of our description it clearly states “owner’s live on site”. So, thank you for taking time to leave your comments, as it will discourage groups such as yourselves from booking with us, as you clearly are not responsible adults.

Why can't I call Lyndon (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lyndon (the owner) a message.

If Lyndon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
