Cagliari, municipality of Monserrato, a very cute and bright single-room penthouse with a large terrace. 3rd floor no elevator. Equipped kitchen area, bed area with booth, bathroom, washing machine, air conditioner, post office, bike parking. The accommodation is situated in an envied position far from the chaos of the city but at the same time only 15 minutes by car from the center of Cagliari. But the reason that makes it a winner for its position is to be 2 minutes by car from the main roads to reach in a very short time the best beaches in South Sardinia, such as Villasimius (south-east) and Chia (south-west) , all this without having to waste precious time in city traffic. In the house there are all the comforts, TV, air conditioner, washing machine, hair dryer, barbecue, oven, equipped kitchen, fridge with freezer, etc., only the dishwasher is missing. On the covered terrace you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and romantic dinners at sunset on warm summer evenings. Market, butcher's bakery are under the house within 5 minutes walk. Private parking inside the building. Bed linen and bath for a fee. Compulsory final cleaning fee. The following beaches can be reached within one hour: Costa Rei, Villasimius, Torre delle Stelle, Geremeas, Solanas, Santa Margherita di Pula, Nora, Chia, Teulada, Porto Pino, Carloforte, Calasetta, Sant'Antioco, Poetto.

In the lodging there are 4 (four) containers for the differentiated collection of waste, specific envelopes and the calendar of days, in which if they coincide with the days of vacation, the containers of differentiated waste must be carried on the road to the side of the entrance driveway of the structure, for their withdrawal by the specialized company. Separate waste containers should be placed after 21:00 on the evening before the day of collection, for example on Monday evening the waste should be placed and collected on Tuesday morning. The waste is collected by the specialized company around 6:00 am (six) in the morning

Giorgia è un ottimo viaggiatore, è stata mia ospite assieme al suo compagno, due persone molto educate , piacevoli e puntuali in tutto. Hanno trattato benissimo la casa e l'hanno restituita pulitissima anche se le pulizie finali erano comprese nel prezzo. Spero di riaverla presto come mio ospite. Consigliatissimi!!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Fabrizio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
