Northern Pearl was built with quality in mind. We take pride in our customer service and provisions for each apartment. The property is newly built and the standard is second to none compared to other properties in the area. The location is prime and walking distance to one of the best beaches (Mon Choisy Beach) in the northern part of Mauritius. Northern Pearl is fully secure with a managed alarm system and each apartment has its own private entrance.

Northern Pearl is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a supermarket minutes away from the property and several places around the proximity for eating out.

The complex offers an outdoor swimming pool and access to free WiFi. Each apartment offers a balcony air conditioning, private shower and and a kitchen.

Guests can also relax in the garden or by the pool.

Someone will be there to handover the keys on check-in and check-out, our daily service person will ensure your room is cleaned thoroughly excluding dish-washing/laundry which is available at an extra cost. Our maintenance engineers are available on call and there is a mobile phone provided for emergency calls which can also be topped-up for personal calls. At check-out someone will be there to refund deposit as per our policy and ensure the apartment is left in a good state.

In case of power cut off, guests should not use cooker hob since this is not supplemented by backup power.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Mohammad Saleem (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mohammad Saleem (the owner) a message.

If Mohammad Saleem (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
