Villa Ricciardi è una suite a piano terra che diventa la risposta a chi richiede un soggiorno dal sapore autenticamente pugliese. Ideale per famiglie di 4 persone o gruppi di amici in cerca del massimo confort ,la suite è composta da una camera da letto con tv 43 ",soggiorno con due sommier,angolo cottura,tavolo da pranzo e bagno adiacente alla camera. L'arredamento è curato nei minimi dettagli e ogni manufatto presente all'interno è stato ideato e fabbricato da artigani locani. Gli interni raffinati e luminosi si affacciano sulla quiete del proprio giardino mediterraneo che, abbracciando la villa, garantisce la massima privacy e riservatezza. Il tocco pugliese è donato dalla presenza del gestore che, nel pieno rispetto delle tradizioni locali, si prende cura degli ospiti, dando preziosi suggerimenti e informazioni sul territorio.

Montalbano di Fasano("Muntalbèn" in dialetto locale), è una frazione di circa 3000 abitanti di Fasano, comune italiano della provincia di Brindisi, in Puglia.Posto a 10 km dal capoluogo comunale Fasano, dista circa 4,5 km dal mare Adriatico(litorale sabbioso di straordinaria bellezza naturale), a 10 minuti dallo Zoosafari, a due passi dal Parco Regionale delle Dune Costiere. Nella zona sono presenti moltissime antiche masserie trasformate in agriturismo e alberi secolari d'olivo.Una delle caratteristiche tipiche del luogo è la presenza di un dolmen, monumento megalitico e luogo sacro delle antiche popolazioni che lo edificarono durante l'eneolitico.Il dolmen di Montalbano rappresenta nella zona una delle prime testimonianze funebri. Conosciuto anche come "Tavola dei paladini", è facilmente raggiungibile percorrendo la Strada statale 16 Adriatica, in direzione mare, nel tratto Fasano-Ostuni in zona “Occhio Piccolo”, a poca distanza dal confine di Ostuni. Situato in una posizione centrale sul territorio fasanese, Montalbano dista pochi chilometri dai maggiori centri di interesse storico, artistico, culturale e gastronomico della regione Puglia.Tra essi possono essere ricordati:

-Ostuni (la città bianca),

-Alberobello ( i trulli),

-Cisternino (borgo medievale),

-Castellana ( le famose grotte),

-Martina Franca ( il barocco),

-Fasano ( lo zoosafari),

-Egnazia ( gli antichi scavi),

-Savelletri(campi da golf),

-Polignano a mare(dicono che è fonte di ispirazione di poeti e artisti)

-Bari (a settembre è sede della famosissima Fiera del Levante)

-Il Parco Naturale Regionale denominato 'Dune costiere da Torre Canne a Torre San Leonardo', che si estende lungo 6 km di costa e che si inoltra verso la piana degli olivi secolari seguendo il corso di alcune lame, tra gli ambienti vi sono alcune zone umide costiere che rivestono un importante valore per specie rare e minacciate dell'avifauna che vi si riproducono o vi sostano durante le migrazioni. Esse infatti esercitano anche un ruolo d'importanza internazionale per la salvaguardia delle specie migratorie, principalmente acquatiche.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ANTONIO (the owner) a message.

If ANTONIO (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
