Villa Fastia A is a graceful apartment. It sleeps four people. From Villa Fastia A you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. Villa Fastia A is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be roughly 4.5 km (2.8 miles) from Camucia di Cortona, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards).

Villa Fastia A is located on the first floor of an ancient farmhouse. You will reach it from the garden going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 15 steps. Because of the nearby railway tracks, some train noise can be heard.

To stay at Villa Fastia A you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. Villa Fastia A is one of the holiday homes available in a small complex. Please find a general description of the complex below, and please scroll further down for a description of Villa Fastia A.

Villa Fastia is a large, antique country house. It is located in the heart of a small, lush valley at the foot of a hill below Cortona. You will be surrounded by the typical Tuscan countryside, with its network of cultivated pastures and myriad of extraordinary colors with every season change. You will be only 7 km from the fascinating city of Cortona and in a central position for visiting all of the other wonderful cities of art in Tuscany and Umbria.

The large country house is divided into two parts: the property owners live in one part and the other part is made up of three small holiday apartments. The area reserved for the holiday apartments has an independent entrance gate and a separate garden, which is completely fenced in with a swimming pool. Two of the holiday apartments are situated on the first floor, and the third is a small cottage located in the garden. Guests of the holiday apartments share use of the swimming pool and garden. The structure can also be rented as a whole.

Swimming Pool

You will reach the swimming pool from Villa Fastia along a short private walkway that cuts through the garden. The pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers, an hammock and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Tuscan countryside and of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.

Garden

The garden is 120 square meters (1290 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables and chairs. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.

Other roomsLaundry room

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden through an arched opening. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the garden and of the swimming pool. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bedroom

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The room has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the countryside.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
