Due to its scenic location Villa Oleandro offers an unrivaled view over the town of Cortona and the whole Valdichiana. The villa has been carefully restored by the owners who have managed to keep the uniqueness of this beautiful stone farmhouse alive, which, with its rustic Tuscan style, will make you experience a magical moment immersed in nature and the ancient traditions of this land.

The villa has a large and lush private park in which you will have parking that takes you by steps to the main entrance of the villa, and then access to the upper terrace, where a large olive grove surrounds the beautiful pool (5 x 10 m, maximum height 2.20 meters, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas), whose position is extraordinary both for the view and exposure to the sun.

For you a lovely veranda overlooking the valley will be the ideal place to enjoy a good glass of wine at sunset or just relax reading a book.

The barbecue will be a good companion to prepare your meals outside, accompanied by the sounds and scents of the Tuscan countryside.

Villa Oleandro presents spacious and comfortable interiors, furnished with taste and love, respecting the Tuscan tradition. The restauration that has involved the house was done in a spirit of conservation: you will notice within many original features, expertly restored and made suitable for the modern traveler needs.

The house develops on three levels with the main entrance on the first floor. From here you are in the large living area, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, living room and satellite TV, enriched also by a large stone fireplace.

The living room leads to the first of three bedrooms, one twin room (on request convertible into double bed with direct access to the garden) and the bathroom.

From the living room, by a beautiful wooden staircase you access the upper double room, the largest and most beautiful of the house, which also has a small sitting room/study and a single bed, and the lower double room on the ground floor, also characterized by a direct exit to the garden on the ground floor with a bathroom.
