Beautiful Villa with private pool located within the exclusive Salobre Golf Resort offering great views over the Golf Course. The beach is only a 15 minute drive!

This property belongs to Las Terrazas complex and it is one of our brand new acquisitions!

It has been fully renovated and refurbished in the last few months, designed for the taste of our most demanding customers in search of tranquility yet without giving up the lively ambience of your holiday in nearby resorts such as Maspalomas, Meloneras or San Agustín, only a 15 minute drive from the private area of Salobre.

Enjoy a swim in its private heatable pool (the pool heating service is not included in the price) and then sunbathe in its nicely laid out terrace.

Perfect when you love golf, hiking and mountain biking as there are wonderful trails around the area.

Indulge yourself with a holiday you won't forget in a house that counts with all amenities; air conditioning, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, private parking, and its own private pool!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
