Villa Abaego se encuentra ubicada en Los Riscos, la mejor zona residencial al sur de Lanzarote, a solo unos minutos de Playa Blanca y de las playas de Papagayo, en la falda de Montaña Roja y dominando con sus vistas desde Papagayo hasta Fuerteventura, en un entorno sereno y tranquilo.

Sus maravillosas vistas al mar y las vecinas islas de Fuerteventura y lobos, así como todos los detalles para su total comodidad, constituyen la mejor carta de presentación. La villa, y sus 2 pabellones anexos, dentro de una finca privada y exclusiva de 3.000 m2 , está rodeada por terrazas, un amplio jardín y la pistas de tenis y squash . Disponen de grandes ventanales con vistas al mar ofreciéndole gran luminosidad que, junto con la amplitud de sus estancias, le harán disfrutar de una estancia cómoda y agradable, con total privacidad.

Esta casa moderna alberga sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD. Incluye ropa de cama, toallas. Bañera de hidromasaje. Cocina equipada con horno y microondas. Barbacoa exterior con horno de leña. Dos comedores: Uno interior y otro exterior en la zona de la barbacoa.

Salón: Dos en el edificio principal y en el pabellón anexo.

6 Dormitorios: 2 Suites: con salón, baño y dormitorio cada una de ellas. 2 Dobles. Capacidad para 10 ó 14 personas (A partir de la 10ª persona adicional, al usarse el apto. independiente, tendrá un coste de 100€ por persona y día), Baños: 5 en total; 2 de ellos con jacuzzi en cada suite y 2 con ducha. SERVICIOS EXTRAS:

Early Check In & Check Out Later. 6 horas: Debido a la logística de limpieza y mantenimiento de la villa, en caso de ser posible aprobar la entrada a la villa antes de la hora oficial o salida de la villa después de la hora oficial, con un máximo de 6 horas, tendrá un sobrecoste de 300€

Servicio Limpieza diaria: Tiene un coste de 20€ por habitación ocupada con un coste mínimo de 50€/día. Obligatorio reservarlo por toda la estancia.

Servicios de cocina : Podemos preparar lo que usted nos pida. **Los precios incluyen solo la preparación, excepto en el desayuno continental. Los ingredientes pueden ser comprados por el huésped o puede indicarnos lo que desea y se los proporcionaremos con un coste extra.

Los precios por los servicios son los siguientes:

Servicio de PREPARACIÓN de Desayuno tiene un coste de 50€ por día (aprox. 2 horas) hasta 6 personas. Adicionalmente 8€ más por cada persona. Obligatorio reservarlo por toda la estancia. No incluye servicio de camarero ni recogida .

Servicio de camarero para Desayunos:

- Servicio Bomba de Calor Piscina: La piscina se caliente mediante un sistema de calentamiento ecológico por paneles solares y cuenta con una cubierta que mantiene la temperatura del agua. Dado el coste elevado del sistema de bombas (10 Kw/hora), si se desea aumentar la temperatura del agua, ésta tendrá un coste extra de 50€/día.

- El precio base de la villa es para 6 personas. A partir de 7 y hasta 9 se pagará 50€ más por persona y día y de 10 a 14(capacidad máxima), se pagará por persona y día un extra de entre 100€ .

Las cunas son gratuitas.

Cámaras de vigilancia

En cumplimiento de la legislación aplicable, se informa de la existencia de cámaras de vigilancia en los accesos y exterior de la finca, no en el interior de la misma, así como de un sistema de aviso y alarma las 24 horas del día.

Confirmación de reservas

La reserva queda confirmada, dependiendo de la fecha en la que se efectúe la reserva, una vez que se haya recibido el ingreso del porcentaje correspondiente que se detalla a continuación, porcentajes que, a medida que se acerca la fecha de entrada, se acumulan.

Si la reserva se hace con MAS DE 60 DÍAS DE ANTELACIÓN de la fecha de entrada:

Para garantizar la reserva, se abonará un 30% del total, no reembolsable,

60 días antes de la entrada. Se abonará el 70 % restante, no reembolsable.

Si la reserva se hace con MENOS DE 60 DÍAS DE ANTELACIÓN de la fecha de entrada:

Se deberá abonar el 100% del total de la reserva, no reembolsable.

Le enviaremos un e-mail confirmando cada pago a la tarjeta de crédito que nos haya proporcionado.

Fianza

A la entrada en la villa se entregará como fianza para garantizar posibles daños la cantidad de 100€ por persona, con un mínimo de 600€, en metálico o mediante tarjeta de crédito, que se devolverá a la salida.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gema/Ainara (the owner) a message.

If Gema/Ainara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
