This Villa/Finca was anno planned Domini in 1994 by the then German architect & owners and completed and used only by him and his wife as a private holiday home with very very much love and charm detail. Special emphasis has been placed on a very high-quality construction and a single line in the design. Dark wooden beams, white walls and terracotta tiles characterize the typical Spanish style of Finca Villa. Many extras such as a fitness Pavilion in the garden with ancient wood-burning stove, a small Wellness & Spa Bath with jacuzzi (whirlpool only in active winter) and shower, a secluded saltwater pool approx. 9X5m, 1 fish ponds and a beautiful BBQ round considered property to off. On 2 floors, the Villa Finca has a main apartment (living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, sep. dressing room, WC, large kitchen, laundry room, a covered terrace) and a guest apartment en suite (living room, bathroom and a kitchen cupboard). A further apartment is accessible from the outside and can be used as an additional bedroom, Bodega / dressing room, living room and bathroom by two people. Particularly noteworthy is the beautifully located plot at the end of a street with a beautiful view on the sea and the mountains. The garden (old eingewachsen) was, as well as the House, lovingly designed and different planting areas is divided into Ginko trees, consisting of a rose garden, grape vines, palms, pomegranate, SICA, coconut trees and many more Also the practical part not neglected at this villa. A large garage and utility room with washing machine, Wäschedrockner, and Gefier.-fridge is also available. In the summer months, the Villa/FINCA is pleasantly cool due to your design. In addition, always a light breeze from the sea blowing through the hillside. The hill behind the Villa/Finca hold the cooler winds in winter. Because the House with a gas, central heating and a large fireplace is equipped, it is to live in all year round. Especially those who would like to spend Christmas in Spain come here fully at your expense.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joerg (the owner) a message.

    If Joerg (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
