Villa La Dogana, the ancient castle (about 650 sq. m) was lovingly renovated to maintain its original features. The large and somewhat severe cut of the villa-castle hides within its interiors the elegant yet warm and welcoming atmosphere of a countryside home. Your family or group of friends can enjoy the privacy of the whole villa to yourselves, with the swimming pool tucked behind the villa, gardens and comfort of private parking.

The villa is surrounded by a large garden. The large and beautiful swimming pool with a nearby changing room and shower offers the perfect setting for enjoying the Tuscan sun while a pergola offers a shaded area for relaxing and dining outdoors in the spring and summer as you enjoy a magnificent sunset with a glass of wine in hand.

10 bedrooms:

Ground floor: 1 bedroom; 1st floor: 1 double bedroom (king-size), 3 twin bedrooms (standard beds); 2nd floor: 1 double bedroom (king-size), 2 large twin bedrooms (beds large 150cm) 1 twin bedroom (standard beds); tower: playing-room with double sofa bed.

9 Bathrooms:

There is one toilet in the basement and 8 bathrooms distributed on the other floors. They all have a bath provided of a shower.

Modern kitchen (two ovens, two dishwashers, one fridge, one freezer), table for 6-8 and large fireplace.

Living Rooms:

Villa La Dogana has at the ground floor a big entrance/living room with fireplace, next door a large living-room with another fireplace and a little sitting-room with new satellite and digital television.

Swimming Pool:

Magnificent and fully eqipped swimming-pool (8x17meters), with its 10 beds, armchairs, table under a pergola, shower and changing rooms

    In the garden there is ample space for children, with specific areas for flight and soccer ball) Pets are not allowed in the rooms and in any case the owner is always responsible for their actions, as well as for any damage or need for extra cleaning the villa and garden. Special attention to hunting dogs, being the villa in a hunting reserve and near a farm. And 'only it allowed to smoke in public areas.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Donata (the owner) a message.

    If Donata (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
