Ancient farmhouse with tower situated in the centre of a family property of approx. 300 hectares with oak tree woods, sunflower fields and gently rolling hills, 16 km from Todi. Renovated with antique furniture created by the craftsmen of Todi, it is the ideal point of departure for cultural and nature excursions. The speedway E45 Terni-Perugia is 12 Km far away. 3 km away it is possible to visit an extremely rare example of fossil forest. There aren't other houses around the villa so it is a quiet location and the guests have a lot of privacy. The property has a large garden with a 13x5 meter pool, the whole property is for private use of the tenant. It is suitable for 3/5 families who want to go on holiday together or for groups until 25 persons. The main villa has 7 bedrooms for a total of 15 bed places + 2 double sofa bed. The dependance (tower) has 2 bedrooms and a passing room with doube sofabed. Both have a bedroom with bathroom suitable for wheelchair users. Restaurant/Pizzeria and supermarket 1 km far away.

If interested it's possible to have a cook for a lunch/dinner directly at the villa.

It's possible to purchase directly from the owner olive oil and wine.
