From Villino Laura you can reach the enchanting towns of Cortona, Montepulciano, Montalcino and the most important cities such as Siena, Perugia, Arezzo and Florence. The hamlet of Montecchio, only 1.5 km away, is walking distance from the property and there you can find a grocery shop, the bakery and a bar.

On the ground floor there is the dining room with fireplace and dining table for eight persons, a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and 2 steps lead to living room with Tv-Sat. Both from the kitchen and from the living area you can access the outside paved terrace equipped with table and chairs to eat outside.
The first floor is made of two wings at the two opposite ends of the villa. A wooden staircase from the living room lead to one double bedroom without a door to enter it; and another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub is accessible by a terracotta paved staircase from the dining room.
The separate laundry room offers the washing machine, iron and ironing board. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area. Wi-Fi internet connection is available and also baby cot and highchair upon request.
Garden and Swimming pool: the private swimming pool (4 x 8 meters and variable depth from 1.30 to 1.70 meters) is completely fenced for children safety. The pool area is surrounded by terracotta tiles and it is equipped with sun lounges, sun umbrellas, table and chairs and an external shower.
This property is completely fenced and is surrounded by a splendid park of about 1000 square meters with perfectly manicured velvet lawn dotted by colourful flowers. BBQ available.
