Nicely Located! Quality Villa with Air-Conditioning in all of the bedrooms and the living room, 3 Bedroom (1 en suite), 3 Bathroom Villa. Located at Montechoro, very close to the Oura Stip where you can find Restaurants, Bars, Pubs and discos in the busiest night life strip in Albufeira.

Fully furnished 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa in a private condominium with swimming pool, tennis court and large garden. It´s within walking distance shopping mall, restaurants, shops and lots of bars, pubs and discos. Just a short drive to the best Algarve shopping center where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and cinemas. Also, a short drive away, you can find several golf courses.

The villa offers a sunny terrace, a combined spacious and comfortable dining area with Cable TV, large screen TV, outside BBQ. Enjoy also free Wi-Fi

Cozy, simple terraced house. In a sunny position, 1.5 km from the beach. Private condominium swimming pool. In the house: air conditioning in 2 bedrooms, Grocery 50 m, supermarket 500 m, shopping center 500 m, restaurants 50 m, bars pubs and discos all at 300m, bus stop 800 m, railway station 4 km, sandy beach 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Nearby attractions: Faro 40 km, Portimão 40 km, Lagos 60 km, Silves 25 km, Lisboa 250 km, Sevilla 300 km.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pedro (the owner) a message.

If Pedro (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
