Description

Villa Mimi is an exceptional executive villa with free air conditioning and heatable pool close to the amenities of Corcovada , Montechoro and Albufeira.

The ground floor of this villa includes an entrance hall, a twin bedroom with a small balcony and an en suite shower room. The dining room at the end of the hallway is the access to the living room on the left, the kitchen on the right and all these three divisions have access to a lovely pool terrace which has a built in barbecue just outside the kitchen door. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room and the social shower room.

The spacious living room has a fireplace and patio doors lead to the covered dining terrace.

Upstairs this villa has a master double bedroom with a separate dressing room plus another twin bedroom; both bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms and their own large terrace with pool views. There are also two twin bedrooms with balconies at the front and a separate shower room.

All bedrooms at Villa Mimi have air conditioning/heating for your confort except the 6th bedroom in the basement adjacent to the games room.

Outside, a covered terrace off the lounge overlooks the private pool and surrounding garden, where you will also find sun loungers, patio furniture and a built in barbecue for your alfresco meals by the pool.

The games room in the basement has a snooker and a ping pong table for your enjoyment and relaxation. The 6th bedroom is located next to the games room in the basement. Villa Mimi has a Tv system with over 200 UK channels , including sports channels where you can watch the euro tournament .

House rules

No stag or hen parties allowed. A £500 refundable breakage deposit is payable in cash on arrival and it will be refunded by bank transfer, not later then 7 days after check out. Short brake bookings are not accepted and in peak season I only rent full weeks i.e.7 or 14 nights, within the right changeover day which for this villa is on Saturday.
Groups under the age of 25 and or groups of the same gender regardless of age, will be required to pay a refundable breakage deposit of £150 per person.

“Absolutely lovely Villa”

We have recently just got back from here and although our holiday was cut short by flight issues we had a brilliant time. The villa is beautiful. It's in a nice quiet area but only a small walk from the main strip. The kids loved it and I don't think the pictures do it justice it's nicer in real life. The villa is nice and clean and in great condition. The owner Claudio couldn't have been anymore helpful he was brilliant after we had to change things around because of flight issues. The pool is lovely and is a nice temperature not like some places where it's cold to get into. All in all we loved our stay. If I was to offer some constructive criticism I would suggest providing the option of more pillows on beds as we only had one each and didn't find any spares. The option to have another would have been great. The only other thing I would say is a gate on the left hand side of the building near the bbq area. We had small children with us who where Obsessed with trying to go down the side of the villa as small children do. Although the villa is very secure and they can't get out I would like to add. Chasing them down there all the time was a slight pain lol. These are very small things. But we definitely had a great time and have nothing to complain about. Thank you

When we arrived at the area where villa mimi was in we were a bit disappointed as it seemed away from everything and the area a bit run down but as soon as we entered the villa we were gobsmacked. Claudio has a gorgeous place, too good for our kids. Everyone loved it especially the pool and underground games room. There is a stair gaurd at top of the stairs great if u have wondering kids (pity wasn't one at bottom minor) The pool was so warm as we used the cover that we were told to use only thing we had be extra cautious as there is no gaurd around the pool and it was quite deep but that didn't stop us. There is lovely restaurants/pubs "the Dubliner and Erin's isle" about 5 mins walk from villa . Lovely Irish bars. There is an inter marche up beside Erin's isle and the strip is only a 10 min walk from villa. Taxi into old town is 6€ per car. Couldn't fault the place. Thanks Claudio

From the start of looking for a villa, I found the website very helpful and full of information, On contacting the owner to book this villa, I found them very helpful and prompt. They recommended an airport transfer company when i'd asked them and we used them several times and that was super and efficent too. The villa was amazing on arriving at the property we were all truly thrilled by it. It was everything the website had stated and more. It was decorated to a very high standard, it was so well equipped we didnt need anything extra, whilst we were on holiday. The pool and outdoor area was lovely, clean and warm. All in all we had a fabulous week and we would certainly return to Villa Mimi. Many thanks

How do damage deposits work?
