The COTTAGE is situated in a VILLAGE. And from the top of its 750 m altitude, offers breathtaking performances every day.

To make more comfortable and pleasant stay, we have to provide:-GREEN SPACES assigned to the House.

-LARGE GARDEN for relax, solarium, breakfast.

-Swimming pool with Jacuzzi and Chromotherapy, deep 9 x 4 m, depth 1.4 m with Sun beds and parasols.

-Multifunctional COMMUNAL LOUNGE, made entirely of glass, in which gather together in any time of the day.

-VEGETABLE GARDEN cultivated from which every day, you can pick vegetables.

-Rooms where you can enjoy good wine CELLAR, set exclusively.

-BBQ AREA with tables and chairs.

Museum of PEASANT civilization; where in two premises are exposed, tools and crafts objects.

-NATURE TRAILS for walking, hiking and mountain biking.

-The rustic, newly refurbished with green building techniques.

It kept unchanged its original architecture and traditional accommodation that our grandparents lived here used. The GROUTED stone gets from mistress.

It features a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with bathroom and walk-in shower.

We will be immersed in a surreal atmosphere.

-The location is excellent starting point towards places of great natural attraction;

Why can't I call Francesco (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Francesco (the owner) a message.

If Francesco (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
