The second area is divided by a wood- glass door and there are just 3 steps very low, a corridor, 2 bedrooms and three bathrooms.All the rooms are coled with air conditioning and heated with heating.

ANNEXE..
The villa first described is very convenient to simultaneously accomodate a group of 11 people to carry out different activities: eating, watching television, get together to play, take a coup of tea. The night, hovever, requires privacy and is better than the group of friends or relatives is divided into two. The annexe fulfils this need: it has the measures contained but enough to sleep 5 people with the convenience of having inside a comfortable bathroom, and a small Kitchen and medium-sized refrigerator with freezer. Externally there is a staircase with three steps and a ramp for people with disabilities.
Inside there is a bedroom "ONLY DOUBLE" (measuring ft 10x7), with a double bed, and another bedroom "HIGH"(measuring ft 10x9, high 15), with a double bed and a s bed for child . Following a compact but equipped kitchen with every thing you need: cooking stove, gas oven, fridge freezer and coffee machine and everything you need to cook and eat. Finally there is a bathroom for the disabled with shower and bidet. The annexe was built recently according the most stepped technological systems in order to thermal and acoustic insulation. Here there is air conditioners and a manifacturer of hot air in all rooms. The celing height of up to 6 yd. makes healthy interiors. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan.
