Casa Canarino G is a welcoming two-story ancient house surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps seven people. From Casa Canarino G you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Tuscan countryside and of the hills. Casa Canarino G is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Montelopio. You will find the closest restaurant at 800 meters (880 yards) and a grocery store at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles).

Casa Canarino G is located on the ground floor of an old barn.

To stay at Casa Canarino G you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate. Casa Canarino G is one of the holiday homes available in a small complex. The Canarino Apartments belong to a tourist complex which is located on a hill in the Volterra area, in the Alta Valdera Park.

The complex is made up by a farmhouse, dating back to the nineteenth century, which has been divided into six apartments and an old barn which has been divided into two larger apartments.

The apartments, although renovated, preserve the old architectural features that were typical of the rural culture of the time.

The apartments are surrounded by a 7000 sqm large green area, rich in olive trees and oleanders, where you will find a bocce court, a ping pong table, a kids' playground and a swimming pool.

A shared room, where you will find an old wood-burning fireplace, is available in the complex. Here you will be able to relax while reading a book, or watching TV or just chatting with the other guests staying at the complex.

In the complex you will also find an old cellar where you could taste some typical products that are locally made: wine, olive oil, honey, jams, etc... They are also on sale, should you wish to purchase any of them.

As guests of Casa Canarino apartments you will be able, upon request and for a fee, to take part in:

- cooking classes, pizza and typical Tuscan dinners;

- food and wine tours;

- guided tours of the most beautiful nearby historic villages;

- truffle hunting.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 20 meters (65 feet) long, from 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) to 2.5 meters (8.2 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by olive trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Tuscan countryside and of the hills. You will share the pool with guests staying at 7 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October.

Garden

The garden is 6000 square meters (65000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. In the garden you will find a children's playground and you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Tuscan countryside and of the hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

Living Room

The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include three sofas and three armchairs. There is a big fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has two windows with a view of the greenery.

 Patio

The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs.

Ground FloorLiving Room

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the garden.
