We rent the barn, independent structure of our property, completely restored and composed as follows: • the ground floor there is a kitchen and a lounge with fireplace and large windows that look out on two terraces where you can also eat while enjoying the surrounding landscape , typically Tuscan; • the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom shower. Both rooms have a view. The largest has a double bed and a single bed, separately. The second has two single beds, which can be pushed if necessary. The situation is the 'ideal for a family or friends of copies. The pool is reserved for guests, as well as the adjoining terraces at the barn. The garden with tables and umbrellas is shared with the owners. Secure parking is reserved for two cars. The house is in the same property but completely independent from the main house (where the owners live), on a plot of about half an acre fenced in harmony with nature. The property is located between Empoli and Montelupo Fiorentino Montespertoli, which offer many quality services such as shops, restaurants, shopping centers and much more including a unique golf course near Montelupo. The easiest way to arrive, thanks to SGC FI.PI.LI. (Florence, Pisa, Livorno) is Montelupo. This expressway very comfortably allows to reach Florence, Pisa and Livorno in a short time. Additional comfort is provided by the rail links, as Empoli is on the lines of the Florence-Pisa-Siena, quickly reachable. Which is Also a fast link to Florence, Pisa, Siena and Leghorn. There are good shops and restaurants nearby Both in Montelupo and Montespertoli.
