Entrambi gli appartamenti hanno l'ingresso indipendente e come pertinenze esclusive e indipendenti il posto auto, un ampio resede panoramico con tavoli e sedie di legno e ognuno di loro accede da una scala esclusiva, sempre indipendente, ad una terrazza/solarium (arredata con salottino in giunco) panoramica sulla splendida e incontaminata Val di Cornia.Tutti e due gli appartamenti sono provvisti di TV, DVD, WIFI e riscaldamento autonomo . La biancheria da letto, bagno e cucina è compresa nel prezzo.Appartamento Fringuello: 2+ 2 posti letto***bilocale con ampio soggiorno-pranzo con divano letto matrimoniale con materasso regolare, cucina componibile con elettrodomestici e lavastoviglie. Una camera da letto matrimoniale . Bagno con doccia e lavatrice.L'appartamento Fringuello è ideale per 4 persone e in particolare per una coppia con due figli. Nel villaggio vi è un complesso ristorante/piscina ed per i miei ospiti è possibile frequentare la piscina 15 x 25 mt dal 10.6.al 31.8 a pagamento sul posto.

4-legged friends Pets small to medium size are welcome, provided they are well behaved and puliti.Sappiamo that our friends prefer to find new places in their objects, with their scent and that of their owner-operators. For obvious reasons we can not accept animals that are used to sleeping on the bed of their master !!! The fee for final cleaning is 50,00 euro.Si Please advise the arrival of your friend when booking.

Why can't I call Anna (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anna (the owner) a message.

If Anna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
