Excelente, confortable, amplio apartamento de 75 mts2,aprox, en la Planta Baja al frente, con salida independiente, y patio para un agradable esparcimiento de chicos y grandes ,en un edificio con porteria. a pasos de la playa Pocitos

Esta ubicado en la mejor zona de Pocitos Nuevo en la prestigiosa calle Marco Bruto a pasos del mar y la playa.

Zona muy tranquila pero con excelentes servicios muy proximos, entre ellos

parada de bus,taxis, supermercados, restaurantes, el mejor Shopping de Montevideo, y el World Trade Center, todo entre 200 y 700 metros del apartamento.

Completisimo equipamiento, 3 TV cable, Aire Acondicionado en todos los ambientes, e internet WIFI ilimitado, ademas de multiples electrodomesticos, manteleria, ropa de cama y de baño en excelente condiciones.

Se alquila con un MINIMO de 7 dias hasta un maximo de 1 año, tiene garage a 400mts con costo y disponibilidad a consultar, pero estacionar en la calle no tiene costo

No se admiten mascotas,y es libre de humo
