Dans une cour intérieure, l'ancien corps de ferme de 1820 a été rénové et transformé en cette maisonnette cossue et chaleureuse avec une terrasse de 30m2 pour les beaux jours.

Le logement situé au vieux village de Montévrain, bien au calme dispose d'une surface au sol de 50 m2 (+mezzanine de 10m2) avec 1 séjour équipé d'un canapé lit 2 places, 1 chambre avec 2 lits superposés

proposant 3 couchages et 1 mezzanine avec un grand couchage pour 2 personnes , et une terrasse de 30m avec table et chaises et salon de jardin.

Lit bébé ou matelas supplémentaire sur demande. Soit 8 couchages au total.

La cuisine ouverte sur séjour, est entièrement équipée : réfrigérateur, four-micro-onde, plaque vitrocéramique,

cafetière, bouilloire, grille pain. De nombreux appareils tel que fondu, raclette ou plancha pourront également être prêtés.

La salle de douche dispose un séchoir à cheveux et un lave linge pour votre confort.

Multimédia : TV écran plat et WIFI.

Malgré son caractère rustique, le logement N'EST PAS UNE SALLE DE FÊTES et ne peut en aucun cas accueillir plus de personnes que le nombre inscrit lors de la réservation (même sans y dormir)!

In the heart of Marne la Vallée, in 5mn of Lagny-sur-marne, between Paris (30 km) and Disneyland (5 km), this cosy farmhouse built in 1820 at Montévrain, newly renovated is the ideal departure point for discovering Paris and the surrounding area.

This accomodation for 1 to 7 persons (+infant) has it's own entrance.

Tastefully decorated, all the facilities can be found to make your stay very comfortable.

A bedroom with bunk beds for 3 persons, 2 persons can sleep confortablely at the mezzanine; the sofa at the living room provide another bed for 2 once pulled out. Baby cot or extra mattress on demand.

Shower room, clear and clean, offer hairdryer and a washing machine service.

You can also enjoy the full equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, kettle, cooker to prepare your favorite meals.

The terrace with garden furniture facing a large garden and landscaped will seduce you.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Viviane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
