In these SPACIOUS 440 m2, everyone preserves their privacy thanks to the 9 warm bedrooms with large “queen or king size” beds and the 5 new bathrooms equipped with multi-jet showers. One of them offers a 2-seater spa bath for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen has a large island for cooking with others and opens onto the dining room for 15 guests. With the large living room, the games room equipped with a ping-pong table and a table football, the entertainment lounge, you benefit from a theatrical setting to live moments of CONVIVIALITY that will remain good for a long time memories… Perched on the hill at the entrance of the village of Montfaucon-en-Velay, admire to the west the breathtaking view of the young Loire valley. In the South, lying in a deckchair on the large sunny terrace, enjoy the view of the wooded park of about one hectare. Lulled by the song of the waterfall, enjoy the HEATED POOL as you see fit; it is there just for you: 60m2, chlorine-free water, counter-current swimming, hydromassages, water games, ... continue with a game of ping-pong and end the evening around a BBQ-Plancha to taste the specialties local. CHILDREN ARE WELCOME: Secure swimming pool (above-ground, alarm, barriers), adapted facilities, baby equipment available, numerous indoor and outdoor games. Take advantage of the “Voie Verte”, a cycle path on the old railway line, forbidden to vehicles, which passes close to the gate and allows parents to have a free mind while walking.
