Near SARLAT and MONTIGNAC LASCAUX, in the heart of BLACK PÉRIGORD, THE ENCHANTING VILLAGE assures you peace and tranquility a few kilometers from the main sights of the BLACK PERIGORD. We welcome you in 4 large cottages of 72 m² with 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people 1 large cottage of 80 m² for disabled people with 2 bedrooms up to 6 people 1 cottage of 33 m² with stunning views of the forest of 4 people 1 large chalet with 4 bedrooms including 2 independent. Each room has its own bathroom and toilet. A very large terrace facing the forest to enjoy the long evenings watching the stars, the fauna and flora 1 large reception room with a free management kitchen that can accommodate up to 40 people for family reunions, hiking, stays tourists, bikers, seminars or others ... 1 large secure pool with a view of the forest of Périgord Noir 1 playground, a bowling alley and a play area. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marie et Josselin (the owner) a message.

If Marie et Josselin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
