Pereto is a small and ancient hamlet/farm in the hills of the Umbrian countryside at 450m asl not far from the border of Tuscany. All around there are extensive meadows and lush woodlands with a view reaching the mountains in the distance and the valley of the river Tiber. Two families of friends with children can spend a holiday in total peace and calm. Excursions to the ancient towns of San Sepolcro, Umbertide and Città di Castello are possible and also to Perugia and Assisi which are slightly further away. Hikers and nature lovers can dedicate themselves to interesting and challenging walks. The hamlet is made up of 3 houses close to each other: one is the owner’s who is always there for anything you may need, the other two are rented together. Some pet cats roam free on the lawn surrounding the house where there is also the lit swimming pool (12x5, 1.10-2.10m deep)(01/05-30/09) with outdoor shower, dressing room with fridge exclusively for the guests’ use as well as the garden furniture for outdoor dinners. The country house has central heating and wi-fi Internet connection. You can request a maid, cookery courses, a chef, a babysitter, to be paid for on location. Car park on the property. PLEASE NOTE: For the season 2020 check-in starts from 6 pm and check-out by 9 am.

How do damage deposits work?
