From the owner

The mill of Fleuriaux invites you to an initiatory journey not far from home. Located between small islands that will make your enchantment, you will be amazed by its calm, and the sound of the river flowing will make your joy. Depending on the season and the level of the river, children will play on the sandbanks, build cabins and rafts while you will take an aperitif on the sunny terrace watching ducks, herons or kingfishers or go on a canoe available on place, or, finally, fish some barbe, pikes, carps (fishing card compulsory to be sold at the pub of Monts).

5mn by car maximum: the town of Monts (3km) or Artannes (5km) will ensure you all amenities, and tennis, minigolf, bakery, bar, restaurants & pizzeria without forgetting 2 Supermarkets including 1 open on Sunday morning. A new aquatic center " Spadium" will grant water activities for the yungest.

20 minutes away by car: the chateau of Azay le Rideau, the residence of Ronsard: The priory of St Cosme, the house of Balzac in Saché, the gardens & castle of Villandry, the gardens of La Chatonnière, the fortress of Montbazon with Its medieval animations, the castle of Candé and its summer exhibitions, everything is at hand!

Le moulin des Fleuriaux porte bien son nom et vous invite à un voyage initiatique non loin de chez vous. Situé entre de petites îles qui feront votre enchantement, vous serez étonnés par son calme, et le son de la rivière qui coule fera votre joie. Selon la saison et le niveau de la rivière, les enfants joueront sur les bancs de sable, construiront cabanes et radeaux tandis que vous prendrez un bain de soleil, un apéritif sur la terrasse ou observerez les canards, hérons ou martins-pêcheurs qui nichent aux alentours ou encore partirez en ballade en canoé, ou enfin, pêcherez (carte de pêche obligatoire) .

A 5mn en voiture maximum : la ville de Monts (3km) ou d'Artannes ( 5km) vous assureront de plus amples loisirs et commodités, comme le centre aquatique SPADIUM , tennis, minigolf, boulangerie, bar tabac, restaurants & pizzeria sans oublier 2 supermarchés dont 1 ouvert le dimanche matin.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Anne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
