Luxury Lakeside Custom Designed Home With Beach And Private Dock.

Custom built 2 level lakeside home with a 30 foot Atrium full of plants in the center as well as over 7,000 sq ft to accommodate up to 33 guests with comfort. We have 9 bedrooms, 5 baths and endless activities and space for the entire family or group. Truly a playground for the week to rest, relax or enjoy the lake activities. Full kitchen, breakfast area, dining room, and living room on main level all open floor plan for you to enjoy. Main level also has an additional kitchenette (Bedroom #9 queen & 1 twin bed, lakefront bedroom #6 (king bed), lakefront bedroom #7 (king bed) and the kids bunkroom #8 lakeview (3 twins & 2 full beds). Bedrooms 1-3 & 5-7 all have twin pullout beds as well.

The upper level has a lakeside great room with incredible views of the lake and looks into the atrium. There is a recreation room with pool table (ping-pong), foosball, air hockey, poker table and wet bar area. All upper rooms have huge vaulted ceilings as well as two screened in patios accessed via 3 of the 5 bedrooms. Full lakefront owner suite #1 with king bed, separate grand bath and private patio. Full master suite #2 with king bed, private bath and lake views. Bedroom #3 (king bed) & #4 (2 queen beds) are lakefront with shared patio and bedroom #5 (queen bed) has lake view as well.

The lakeside outdoor patio has seating for 24 guests as well as the hot tub (max 6) as well as a gas grill. Our private beach leads to the dock and pier with room for up to 3 boats as well as 2 Jet Ski EZ dock systems. Enjoy our kayaks, stand up paddleboards, windsurfing board, tubes, life jackets and toys.

We provide at the home plenty of fun things for the kids like board games, floats, etc. We can also provide strollers, high chair, baby gates, etc. for the little ones so you do not have to pack all those extras.

We can offer you referrals for boat and jet ski rentals with local merchants if needed. We are very convenient to 7 lakefront restaurants as you explore. We are a few minutes from Downtown Mooresville and the race shops (NASCAR capital). There are also many great restaurants and shopping within a 5-15 minute drive from your vacation spot if you prefer.

We provide sheets, towels, paper goods and bottled water. Bring your bathing suits.

This property is a culmination of ideas including the 30 foot atrium in the center of the house which was inspired by homes in Texas, the curvature of the wall to offer a lake view from every room in the house and maximize privacy. The waterfalls in/out that offer peaceful sounds and tie in with the lake ambiance. The stonework in/out, fireplaces, custom glass interior doors, custom designed glass front door. The lake!
