Big Beach villa located 320 meters from the beach. From the main terrace you can see the sea, 5 minutes walk you access the sea. The house has a plot of 2000 m / 2, a huge garden, a private pool of 12 meters, barbecue, 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and dining room. The house is large, bright, spacious and very cozy. For families of 6 people, (a double room, 2 rooms with 2 beds, and a folding auxiliary bed).

The house has satellite TV, wifi and air conditioning (extra fee), all type of comfort. It is rented for summer or holiday period and requires formal, serious and clean families to enjoy the house and take care of the property.

The large villa is cosy and comfortable yet remains cool during the summer. Situated just 320 metres away from the beach, you can see the sea from the main terrace and the garden means that there is plenty of space for children to play and adults to relax, all at the same time! There are three terraces to enjoy in total and the house is surrounded by mature pines and attractive native plants such as cacti. The property is ideally located for guests to explore the wonderful local attractions whilst immersing themselves in the relaxing Spanish way of life.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maria (the owner) a message.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
