From the owner

Our three-bedroom villa with pool in Moraira, nestling in the Benimeit hills on the Costa Blanca, has breathtaking views of the Teulada valley, Moraira and the Mediterranean Sea.

This spacious, detached residence, set on a 1284 sq metre plot, is approached via a sweeping drive through iron gates to a large turning/parking area next to the double arched carport and garage.

LIVING AREAS

A short flight of wide steps leads to the spacious accommodation which, together with the pool terrace, is then all on one level.

You enter through a large glazed naya (or covered terrace). This room is furnished for dining and affords year round panoramic views of Moraira and the Mediterranean Sea.

A set of double doors allows easy access to an open naya and pool terrace. A wide arch leads to the lounge which is comfortably and tastefully furnished and contains a remote-controlled satellite HD LED television and hi-fi unit. Free WiFi access is available throughout the villa. Double glazed French doors in the lounge also allow access to the pool terrace. All rooms have remote-controlled air conditioning.

KITCHEN

The modern kitchen is fully equiped (stainless-steel sink, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, two electric multi-purpose fan ovens, electric coffee maker, electric toaster, juicer, etc). Ample table and cooking ware is provided together with all usual equipment and utensils.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

An archway leads from the kitchen to the sleeping accommodation. This comprises three large double rooms, each with bedside tables, lights and built-in wardrobes with coat hangers. The master bedroom is complete with a luxury ensuite bathroom with large rain shower, twin basins and a toilette.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds and its own washhand basin.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed and is situated opposite the family bathroom and the guest WC.

All bedrooms have remote-controlled airconditioning/heating and ceiling fans. The bedrooms also have window shutters. This makes our villa comfortable at all times of the year.

THE GARDENS

Outside the kitchen, there is a utility room with a washing machine and double sink unit. The garden consist of several landscaped terraces to the front and rear of the villa, and are planted with palm trees, Bougainvilleas, Oleanders, Yuccas and many other local shrubs. The main, secluded terrace, contains the 9.5m by 5m pool, the outside naya, BBQ, bar area, sun loungers, tables and chairs – all with wonderful panoramic sea views.

SPECIAL FEATURES

For your further security and peace of mind, the villa is equipped with a sophisticated remote-controlled alarm system, smoke detectors and a filtered, standby water supply with high-power electric pump.

INFORMATION

Our local Agent, Marina Wuyts, looks after the general maintenance of the villa and is also available to help make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. This may be advice on where to go or what to do, or help and assistance in the event of an emergency. She will meet you at the start of your holiday and escort you to the villa and show you in.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Koen (the owner) a message.

If Koen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
