From the owner

A home from home villa, beautifully updated, spacious and renovated to a high standard.

The villa is not on a complex but stands in its own large grounds. The property sits back from the road behind gates and does not come into view until you have entered the gates. There is a large driveway, giving ample parking for a number of cars.

The villa is accessed at the rear, which is easily accessible from the top of the driveway ideal for unloading and loading your luggage.

The door leads you directly into a large open plan dining and living area with 2 large sofas, dining table and 6 chairs, LED TV with Sky TV, DVD player, CD player and gas fire. From here you will find patio doors to the front of the villa which lead out to the Naya and steps down to the poolside.

Air conditioning / heating is available in this living/dining area at an extra cost.

Wifi is included.

The kitchen is located off the dining area with a fully fitted kitchen, granite worktops, an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a microwave. Ample cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and cooking utensils are provided should you wish to cater for yourselves.

The large master bedroom has a king sized bed, air conditioning, ensuite shower room and large glass windows giving amazing views / sea view. There is a small seating area in the bedroom for you to enjoy the views. There is also a door leading directly to the outside Naya.

The second bedroom is a double room with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and window overlooking the gardens of the villa.

The third bedroom is a twin room with air conditioning, 2 single beds, a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The window in this room overlooks the outside Naya.

The second shower room is located conveniently between the second and third bedrooms and has a walk in shower and window overlooking the gardens of the villa.

Outside the villa

The large covered terrace area (Naya) at this villa gives amazing views way into the distance and even down to the sea. The Naya overlooks the poolside making it great place to watch the pool action. You will find a built in BBQ, outdoor fridge, table and 6 chairs making it another great place for dining.

The pool area at this villa is second to none, with a large floodlit private pool (8m x 4m) with in-built roman steps. Six sunbeds and a parasol are provided around the extensive and extremely private poolside. The large area means sun is available all day around the pool.

Also on the poolside is a tiled table and benches ideal for dining around the pool. There is also an outside shower and access around the side of villa as an alternative route back into the villa.

At the back of villa is a tiled patio with table and chairs overlooking the villa gardens, giving an alternative place to sit, dine and enjoy the sun.

Travel cot and cot bedding available on request.

The villa is strictly no smoking.

Linen/Towels

We provide all bedding, bath towels and beach towels. Two week holidays include a linen change after the first week. The property is cleaned at changeover.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Claire (the owner) a message.

If Claire (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
