Bonito y acogedor apartamento renovado y muy cuidado en Moraira, a menos de cinco minutos en coche de la playa de L'Ampolla y a 15 minutos de Javea. Se encuentra en una urbanización tranquila con una gran piscina comunitaria, con zona de baño para niños.

La soleada terraza está amueblada y es perfecta para desayunar, comer, cenar, leer... Las vistas al valle te relajarán desde buena mañana.

La casa dispone de todas las comodidades para la estancia: aparato de Aire Acondicionado frío-calor, TV, Wifi, minicadena, menaje de cocina completo, lavadora, sábanas y toallas de baño.

El apartamento dispone de una habitación con una gran cama doble (2x2 m). El salón dispone de dos sofás de obra, cuyos colchones pueden utilizarse para dormir. El baño dispone de una cómoda y amplia ducha de obra.

Se trata del primer piso, y solo hay un piso más arriba (no son fincas, son casitas que solo disponen de dos pisos por bloque). Se accede desde la misma calle a través de unas pequeñas escaleras.

La urbanización se encuentra a sólo 3 km de las estupendas playas de arena de Moraira: L'Ampolla y El Portet. Cercano a numerosas calas de aguas transparentes: Baladrar, Moraig, Pinet, Advocat... A 300 m. de una zona comercial con supermercados. Se puede aparcar fácilmente en la misma entrada a la casa. No hay nada de tráfico.

Ideal para personas solas o parejas, con y sin niños. Y no solo para venir en verano, sino también en otras épocas del año cuando se puede hacer mucho senderismo, dar bonitos paseos, disfrutar de la playa y su tranquilidad y disfrutar de una gran gastronomía.

Moraira es una zona llena de restaurantes, actividades de ocio tanto de día como de noche y parajes marinos preciosos. Y el apartamento se encuentra en un lugar estratégico entre preciosas localidades de playa y montaña.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gloria (the owner) a message.

If Gloria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
