From the owner

Casa Emilia is a luxury detached villa set in landscaped gardens. 

On the lower level of the villa there is a double bedroom with full bathroom en suite, one a double bedroom with shower en suite and two

further bedrooms which share a family shower room. There is also a fully fitted American style kitchen and lounge/dinning room.

The upper level of the villa is set out fairly similar to the lower. Both are the same size as each other and have the same number of bedrooms and bedroom types (One double with full en suite, one double with shower en suite, now twin with shower en suite and two further bedrooms which share a bathroom). The upper section also has a fully fitted American style kitchen and lounge/dinning room.

In each lounge there is sky tv and internet. Both kitchens are fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher. There is a washing machine situated on the lower level for everyone to use if needed.

As the pictures show, the outside of the villa is very spacious. The swimming pool is T shaped, with one side of the T incorporating Roman style steps into the pool for easy access and the other side offering an integrated spa, this is a very rare feature and thus adds to the element of luxury that Casa Emilia offers.

The villl also has an outside entreatment area which includes a pool table, football table, tennis table and gym!

The pool is surrounded on all sides by a large patio area which is set in a large landscaped garden which includes a grassed children play area, numerous palm trees and a whole variety of Mediterranean plants. This allows guests the freedom to lounge around the pool side in very spacious and tranquil surroundings. Again this is a luxury not found amongst the majority of villas in the area.

To complement the spacious Mediterranean garden there is a large gazebo at one end of the swimming pool. This is perfect for sampling the al fresco style of eating that Spain’s climate allows and coupled with the barbeque house situated close by (which contains a large barbeque, fridge, outside hob, serving area etc) many guests may find that they never use either of the insides kitchens at all during their entire stay!

Pool heating is available for 400 euro per week. This is to cover the cost of the gas used to heat the system. unlike solar heating systems gas systems do actually heat the water in the pool up, allowing it to be enjoyed all year round.

We only accept family groups. No hen or stag parties or any no noisy parties of any kind during your stay. These are residential premises and must be respected.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Katie (the owner) a message.

If Katie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
