The apartment is located just 500 metres from the train station and 200 metres COTRAL BUS from bus stop linking Rignano Flaminio directly in the Centre of Rome.
The apartment is situated on the first floor of a building with lift, equipped with private parking. It is composed by a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with appliances (fridge with freezer, gas stove, electric oven, coffee maker, kettle, pots, cutlery, crockery) has a large balcony accessible from both bedrooms and is very bright and comfortable.
It is equipped with all comforts: TV, bed linen and bath towels, air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is equipped with shower and hairdryer.
