The apartment is on the first floor of the "Chez Gaby" chalet is situated 500m from the Church Square / City Hall and 1 km from the lifts Pléney, free bus during the day. It has 3 rooms with a total area of ​​65 sqm. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as the necessary kitchenware. The living room consists of a seating area (sofa chair more) with the television (DTT and ADSL) and a bed for two people (bunk bed). The first room has a bed for 2 people. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. There is a free WIFI access. The apartment has a balcony and a terrace with south facing balcony with garden furniture and barbecue, and outdoor parking (1 place). Ski storage is also available. The maximum capacity of the property is 4 persons. Welcoming Babies is possible for a supplement of 15 Euros per stay for the rental of a bed and a high chair. The towels can be supplied with an additional 5 € per person. Pets are allowed bail of 100 Euros per stay. Bonjour, Nous avons bien pris en compte votre déception lors de votre séjour. Je tiens tout de même à revenir sur plusieurs points, lors de votre arrivée, il y avait un rouleau de papier toilette, un sac poubelle, du liquide vaisselle, une éponge neuve sous plastique, des tablettes pour le lave-vaisselle, oui il n'y a pas de sel, poivre..., vous avez loué un appartement meublé et non pas une chambre d'hôtel, vous devez donc savoir que nous allons quand même pas faire les courses à votre place. Concernant le gant pour le four c'est un oubli et vous auriez pu nous le préciser et nous aurions régler le problème tout de suite. Pour les serviettes de toilette, sachez qu'elles sont en supplément et que nous vous avons rien demandé. Cordialement.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send VALERIE (the owner) a message.

If VALERIE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
