La Croix de Noel is a beautiful apartment on the outskirts of Mouliherne, in the heart of France’s stunning Loire Valley. It combines modern, comfortable living with a large garden (4.5 acres of woodland, open field and lawns) and a fantastic location, close to all the Loire Valley has to offer.

With one bedroom, shower room, a newly decorated and enhanced kitchen and comfortable, cosy lounge, use of a Jacuzzi spa (on request) and a newly built, heated, outdoor pool and sun terrace. La Croix de Noel is the perfect destination for your French holiday away from the hustle and bustle, an ideal getaway for couples wanting to explore the Loire Valley, set in tranquil wooded countryside just 25 minutes North of Saumur and 50 minutes from Tours airport.

La Croix de Noel is an authentic, stress free holiday retreat, entirely private with plenty of garden space, it is a haven for walkers, cyclists, horse-lovers and bird watchers. With a local golf course 15 minutes away.

Le Mans circuit, with its classic car and 24 hour races is only an hours drive away.

The apartment now boasts a new Jacuzzi (use on request) a shared, heated pool having recently been installed, with a sun terrace so you can enjoy the all-day sunshine on a lounger. If you can tear yourself away from the pool, the area can offer peaceful woodland walks, visits to Lac de Rille, with a variety of water sports and bird watching opportunities. We are beside the regional and national cycle networks and within easy reach of the Chateaux and gardens of the Loire Valley, as well as the cities of Angers, Tours and Saumur all within an hours drive.

Getting around in France is easy, driving is far less stressful here, but you will need a car or motorbike to get around as we are in a rural area on the outskirts of a quiet village.

We will provide a tour of the apartments facilities, although an information book is at hand along with brochures and maps for the area. We are on site for any queries or help needed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Kim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
