About the Plantation House Estate

The property is a fully restored plantation house, once a fully working sugar plantation dating back to the Middle Ages. The villa was constructed with cobblestones and wood beams in the classic French-Mediterranean mansion-house style. The large renovated buildings have been completely rebuilt, using the same stone once part of the original property & forming the centre of an incredible 28-acre estate.

Eco Villa

This eco villa boasts an open-air design, embracing its natural surroundings and eliminating its carbon footprint with the use of solar panels. Opting for natural ventilation and avoiding traditional air conditioning is a true model for sustainable living, ensuring that every stay is as environmentally responsible as it is comfortable. Experience the ultimate blend of history and eco-friendliness at this stunning carbon-neutral property. The house is naturally cooled by the breeze from the Atlantic Ocean, which makes the indoor temperature comfortable enough to use a blanket at night.

Inside

Within the main building lies a large banquet-style kitchen with a magnificent dining room area that turns into a magical setting at night. It includes a lounge with a fireplace and large screen TV with a soundbar. Enjoy a home-style BBQ using the charcoal grill while surrounded by the estate's stunning views and lush surroundings. Fibre optic cable ensures that the wifi is quick and reliable, making it easy for guests to stream their favourite shows, work remotely, or stay connected with friends and family.

Sleeping

There are five uniquely styled suites that comfortably accommodate 12 guests. The two-bedroom primary suite is located on the second floor of the Plantation House building. This spacious suite features a large bedroom with a king-sized four-poster bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed), a custom-designed bathroom with a pebbled bathtub, and a sitting room with a library. The suite boasts beautiful hardwood floors, high arched hardwood ceilings with ceiling fans, and two balconies with stunning views of the estate and the surrounding islands.

A second suite is located at the top of the main tower and offers breathtaking 360-degree views through its abundance of windows. This king-sized four-poster bed suite also has a sofa, an en-suite bathroom with an open pebbled shower, and a ceiling fan to keep the room cool. Wake up with all the Grenadine Islands in view.

The third suite is located in the central tower and offers a romantic atmosphere with its ancient stone walls. This suite features a large four-poster king-sized bed, a sitting area, and an en-suite pebbled shower bathroom that can be accessed from a private balcony.

A fourth suite is located on the ground floor of the main tower and features hardwood floors throughout. It includes a sitting area, a king-sized four-poster bed, and an en-suite pebbled shower bathroom.

A fifth suite is located in a separate building above the outdoor bar and pool area. It features a queen-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony with views of the Grenadine Islands, including Grenada, on a clear day.

Christmas Eve 2020 marked my parents 42nd year of arriving on the island. This gives us a knowledge of the area which is unparalleled, due to the many connections we have made over the years. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Quirin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
