Description

Modern and luxury 60 sq.m. detached ground floor apartment, carefully decorated, fully furnished and with all standard equipment, offering a unique view of the Aegean Sea, with a gorgeous veranda and private parking. The house is new, and the feeling is elegant and warm. It is surrounded by chestnut trees on a sloping plot of land, just 1,5 km. from the main village square. It's ideal for people who want peace and tranquility, ideal for summer and winter holidays as well.

The house has one main bedroom with a king size double bed (in the living room area there is a sofa-bed for one person or two childs), kitchen and bathroom. It's fully equipped, plus with linen, towels, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator with freezer, oven and cooking stove, full utensils and all kitchen facilities.

Inside there is one big table and outside a huge veranda table, giving you plenty of choice for eating meals and enjoying the beautiful view at the same time! There, you can enjoy a wonderful sunrise every morning.

The home is essentialy isolated from the local village, yet the main village square with its stone church dating back to the 17th century and local shops, tavernas, and market, is just a 15 minute walk.

Near the property there are many trails to choose from in the mountain, also for an adventurous trip in the woods! The nearest beach is the famous Plaka which is 3,8 km. distance (7 min. drive or 30 min. walk). You can also visit the remarkable pebbled and sandy beaches in Agios Ioannis, Damouchari (a lot of scenes of ‘Mama Mia’ were shot there), Chorefto, Agioi Saranda and Papa Nero. You can also visit the picturesque villages of Kissos, Mouresi, Tsagarada and taste the traditional and unique dishes in outdoor tavernas. There are also many restaurants and tavernas along Agios Ioannis beach. The list of What to See, Do and Feel on the Pelion is enormous. The ideal climate is another reason why visitors choose Pelion, as they can enjoy a lovely Greek sunny summer without feeling distressed by experiencing unbearable heat waves.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Ioanna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
