"Driftwood" houseboat - Geiseltalsee, Mücheln Maritime ambience of the harbor combined with a private atmosphere on the boat make for an exceptional holiday directly on the water - recreation, relaxation and relaxation. The houseboat is located on the outside, you have on 3 sides of the lake and direct access to the water from the terrace. Driftwood is not mobile, because water, sewage and electricity are connected. The houseboat is a holiday home on the water. In autumn and winter evenings in front of the fireplace with a view of the lake are especially nice. Within walking distance: several restaurants, sailing school, diving club, beach (naturist and textile), volleyball, bike rental - 25km bike trail around the lake, spa in the marina, shopping (1km), lookout station for tour around the lake. A 4-person canoe included, but it takes some skill to get it out of the cradle and stow it away, just like the paddling itself. Just a bit sporty.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Matthias (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
