Our property is located in Sheen Woods, one of Kenmare's most exclusive and well-maintained developments. It is an extremely attractive modern well-equipped end of terrace home situated a delightful and short walk (0.5 miles) from the lively, colourful town centre of Kenmare. Its location on the Wild Atlantic Way is a perfect starting point for journeying around the magnificent Ring of Kerry and Ring of Beara, and the scenic Dingle Peninsula. While we do not have WiFi at the property there is good Internet connection using mobile data.

With private rear lawned garden and patio, beautifully landscaped common areas, and shared access to a gated riverside picnic area looking onto Kenmare Bay, the mountains and the lovely 5-star Park hotel, the property is the perfect spot for a relaxing break.

It is convenient to all amenities including shops, lively pubs, superb restaurants that cater for all budgets and churches etc. For those keen on outdoor activities, Kenmare caters extremely well, with golf, climbing, hill walking, horse riding, bike hire, watersports, fishing and boat trips all available locally.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ROSARIE (the owner) a message.

    If ROSARIE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
