From the owner

A pet friendly with WiFi, two bedroom cottage at the heart of Mundesley Village. Local stores, cafes, hotel/restaurant and a Public House are all less than five minutes stroll, along with the blue flag award winning golden sand beach.

The cottage has a spacious lounge-dining room with two sofas, a log burning stove and seating for four at the large wooden dining table.

Through the lounge there is a second dining/breakfast table again spaciously seating four, leading to the compact but functional kitchen. There is also a downstairs loo conveniently situated by the back door.

To the rear there is a lovely courtyard south facing garden with seating for that relaxing afternoon or early evening drink?

The first floor comprises of two double bedrooms, with the bathroom attached to the rear south facing master bedroom. Mixed groups may wish to consider this before booking as all guests access the bathroom via the Master Bedroom. Use of the downstairs toilet can make this a more comfortable arrangement.

The bathroom has bath, with an over bath electric power shower.

The cottage is beautifully presented especially enhanced on lovely sunny days.

There is on street parking for one car at the front door, additional cars can use the car park adjacent to the cliff top; weekly passes can be purchased from NNDC and can be used on all municipal car parks in North Norfolk.

Baby/child friendly facilities can be provided by the owner, to include travel cot & stair gate.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michael (the owner) a message.

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
