A traditional House on the Hill backing onto a forest .

But only at 5 minutes walk from shops and restaurants .

OUR 3RD FLOOR apartment 'The love nest' , 2-3p

It has one double bed room,

and a dining/living room with a sofa bed.

Separate well equiped kitchen

Separate bathroom with shower and WC, hair dryer.

A breakfast balcony sunny all day

Each apartment occupies the whole floor

The kitchens are well equipped, with micro wave and

electric ovens and hot plates, expresso machine, toaster, kettle.

The price of our apartments includes electricity, WIFI, parking

There is also a tourist tax of 0,87 € per day to be paid in cash.

End cleaning is €30 or you can choose to do it yourself.

Let us know if you would like to rent the bed linen,

towels and kitchen towels, €12 per pers.

Maison Bellevue apartments have panoramic views of the Munster valley

and the mountains beyond.

There are many well marked hiking routes all around us.

The Munster valley is a great playground for cyclists with many well marked cycling tracks.

Our property backs onto a natural mature pine forest containing

a variety of wildlife and a crystal clear stream running it’s length.

At 300m from the house you can find a modern indoor/outdoor swimming pool, spa and gym, and tennis courts at 500m.

Maison Bellevue is a leisurely 5 minute walk to the town square where one can stock up on delicious local produce from artisan boulangeries, charcuteries or from the twice weekly produce markets. Or simply enjoy the famous Alsatian cuisine at one of our restaurants.

Colmar (20kms) has good shopping and many fine restaurants, lovely buildings and a canal district known as Little Venice, and beautifully preserved old streets in its centre.

It has one of France's leading art museums, the Unterlinden Museum, which is said to attract more visitors than the Louvre.

Many medieval villages and wineries and the Alsace wine Road are a short drive from Maison Bellevue. Perfect base to discover Strasbourg and it's cathedral and old town. Or Freiburg in Germany or Basel in Switzerland at 1 hour drive.

House rules

We are eco conscious and have recycling bins and a compost. We provide a communal washing machine to use but we do not use a dryer. Our linen is washed in low suds washing liquid. We encourage our guests not to bring water bottles as our tap water is very nice to drink .
There is a farmer market on Tuesday and Saturday mornings 5' away. You can forget your car and walk to local shops .

it is good to know Bill that you had a good restful stay and will come back. You are a keen walker and Autumn is great for walks starting just at Maison Bellevue. Hopefully you may also try nordic ski in our resorts in the Vosges mountains just 20 minutes away. Looking forward to host you again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gabrielle and Yoli (the owner) a message.

If Gabrielle and Yoli (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
