This villa, located in Murcia, is ideal for 15 vacationers. It offers 6 bedrooms, a private pool open all year, an enclosed garden and WiFi.

The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a Hi-Fi, video games and a DVD player.

The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 12 or outside, on the terrace, in the garden or on the balcony enjoying views of the swimming pool and the mountains.

The villa has 6 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed, 2 including 2 single beds, 1 including 4 single beds, and 1 including a single bed and a double bed, Several bathrooms are available, one with a bathtub, a shower, a toilet and a jacuzzi, 2 with a shower and a toilet and one with a shower.

The villa features a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, a safe, ironing equipment, a jacuzzi, a fan, a dryer, a desk, cleaning products, central heating, air conditionning and a dressing room.

Note that the cleaning, towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee.

Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed. Parties are allowed.

Early check-in can be organised on request at an additional cost. Late check-out can be arranged on request for an additional fee of 10e per supplementary hour. Please note that you will need to adhere to the golf resort's rules. Late check-out at the price of 50€ .

What an incredible villa in amazing surroundings

Great villa. Very well appointed, owners helpful throughout our stay and pool area has the sun all day. Resort itself was quiet but bar/restaurant very nice and staff were very good. Lovely holiday.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
