a luxury south facing villa set in the Beautiful gated community of El Valle with its award winning golf course it something to be admired by all even if golf isn't your thing from the beautiful lake as a back drop to one of the most relaxing holidays you could wish for with all of your home comforts you really will feel like your home from home

The villa consists of three bedrooms with two rooms having double beds and the third room with two single beds 2 travel cots and high chairs with the option of a double bed settee in the lounge area

You have two large bathrooms with showers and Jacuzzi bath facility

This resort has everything you could ask for while on holiday

on site there is a clubhouse

that has a selection of the most amazing food at reasonable prices including entertainment in the main season and a supervised children’s soft play area

Next to the club house there is a spar supermarket with all British products so if you want a quiet night watching the TV or using your traditional Spanish barbecue Area to cook up a treat for friends and family then you're covered

If sitting around the family friendly pool which has a removable child safety fence isn't for you then just 20 minutes away you also have the Beautiful city of Murcia is rich in culture and full of authentic Spanish restaurants open until late with lots of festivals to enjoy all year round

also 20 minutes from the villa you can find several shopping centres with all the big shops Primark H&M and many more

There are also a beautiful historic buildings including a cathedral and Coliseum.

If you are looking for some fun you also have amusements such as a zoo, theme park ,mud baths , go karts and much more for you to discover

We would recommend renting a car to enjoy the best of your holiday as there is lots to do if you are happy to explore this beautiful region of Spain

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Robert (the owner) a message.

If Robert (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
