As beach front as you can get on the Muri Beach Golden Mile - as Muri has become increasingly more popular the resorts have popped up. This is one of very few free standing private homes on Muri Beach. We have carefully landscaped on the beach edge to ensure privacy, the house is completely private with own private beach area, own kayaks and is approx 260 sqm inside with huge deck and 5m outside dining table.

- Kokacabana guests have use of a new large pool well away from the house ensuring your privacy yet giving you the option to cool off when you need to. The house has recently had the addition of Air Con in the bedrooms to keep you cool during the hot summer months.

Escape to paradise and stay in this huge 3 bedroom ABSOLUTE BEACH FRONT house WITH USE OF A LARGE POOL that can easily sleep up to 7 guests! Stand on the deck and look out to the lagoon and directly in front in the lagoon is the island (motu) of Taakoka which you can spend your days snorkelling in the clear warm lagoon with the amazing tropical marine life or explore the island in your own supplied Kayaks or cooling off in the salt Pool the choice is yours!.

Walk just steps off the rear deck to your own private beach access and the Golden Mile of Muri Beach and let the white sand seep between you toes. Kokacabana is in the heart of Muri yet you wouldn't think so as this house is so private and situated 100 meters from the road front and is accessed by a long driveway well off the main road that finishes at the house and of course the beach !.

There are so many places for sun bathing in privacy or stroll just metres along the beach to a 5 star resort that has lagoon front dining and infinity pool or walk further along to the many restaurants, cafes and water activities available only at Muri - it really is the only place to be and beach to be staying on in Rarotonga

Kokacabana was built and furnished with a genuine pacific island theme, a renowned local artists work is a big feature of the house and the attention to detail you can see in the finishing is something special. there are two dining options either inside or on the large deck that has a BBQ, sun loungers and lots of comfy couches and of course expansive lagoon views. the deck is sheltered and a great place to read, relax and dwell on 'another day in paradise'

When you are ready to wind up the day there are three bedrooms , the master with ensuite and a large main bathroom with shower and claw foot bath. We can cater to your individual requirements by splitting beds or providing extra beds, just ask us ! of course with a house this nice there is full linen supplied as well as towels, for stays of 5 nights or more we will leave a full change of linen.

Cooking is a big passion in the Cook Islands and we are blessed with local fresh fruit and vegetables and the kitchen in Kokacabana has everything needed to whip up a 'island feast' with a dishwasher to clean up after. there is a large fridge freezer and six burner stainless steel stove. the breakfast bar in the kitchen opens out to the deck for outside dining.

Kokacabana Beach House is situated on a large landscaped 3/4 acre section and is managed by a award winning tourism company so you can book with ease and know that your beach holiday accommodation will be of the highest standard.

We will liase with you as to how you wish to arrive at the house and can help arrange either a airport transfer or provide directions to the house should you wish to drive from the airport (which is easy as there is one main road!) Once you are settled in to the house we are on hand to call and we stop by during your stay to ensure everything is satisfactory. How do damage deposits work?
