Come Stay at Myrtle Beach's Best Kept Secret, Ocean Forest Villas!!

Steps from the beach.......and the perfect location in building "C" on the second floor of Ocean Forest Villas.

Our condo has been newly renovated and features carefully chosen decor. Rooms offer the elegance, class and comfort you have been seeking. This non-smoking and pet-free direct ocean front condo can comfortably sleep 6 with two bedrooms (Queen bed, twin beds and a pull-out queen size sleeper sofa with mattress topper in the living room.) Our unit is less than a ONE-MINUTE walk to the beach and the outdoor pools in the complex are even closer. The complex also has 2 spas, one attached to our building.

The condo has recently been updated with a newly installed HVAC system, new bamboo hardwood flooring, new walls, ceramic tile (kitchen and bathrooms), new bathroom appointments including plumbing fixtures, and a new refrigerator. All new furnishings and decor complete the unit.

Three (3) wall-mounted large LCD/LED TVs reside in the condo, including a 39" 1080P LED in the living room with wireless internet access, Netflix, and a wonderful movie selection placed on a USB hard drive accessible through the Roku 3 Media Player. The 32" LCD in the master bedroom features a Roku 2 Media Player also with a nice movie selection . The Roku Media players include Netflix, HBOGo, Watch ESPN, DisneyChannel, YouTube and several other internet channels. The complex contains a high-speed open wireless network which was recently upgraded to improve speed so that you can connect all of your mobile devices and laptops effortlessly.

The 32" LCD in the guest bedroom features a Nintendo Wii Gaming System with over 45 games in addition to wireless video streaming from Netflix.

Departure Cleaning fee, lodging tax of 13% and damage waiver (in lieu of security deposit) will be added to your rental total prior to booking.

SATURDAY TO SATURDAY (MINIMUM 7 NIGHT STAY) REQUIRED JUNE THROUGH AUGUST. PARKING PASSES AVAILABLE UPON ARRIVAL TO THE CONDO. ELECTRONIC KEY CODE WILL BE E-MAILED AND TEXTED TO GUESTS EITHER EVENING PRIOR TO ARRIVAL OR MORNING OF ARRIVAL. CHECK-IN TIME IS 4:00PM AND DEPARTURE TIME IS 10:00AM ALTHOUGH WE WILL MAKE SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS UPON REQUEST.

This is a family-friendly resort in a residential area of Myrtle Beach approximately 2 miles North of downtown.

Minimum age requirement is 23 years old. We will not rent to minors under the age of 21 meaning everyone must be over the age of 21 with at least one 23-year old unless parents are traveling with children.

The cleaning fee of $125 includes standard cleaning for bedrooms; bathrooms; kitchen; living room; deck; laundering linens and towels; and making up the beds.

The cleaning fee does not include any "excessive" cleaning including but not limited to rearranging furniture; and trash removal from the condo or the refrigerator. We'll provide you detailed departure instructions upon arrival and would appreciate having our condo returned to nearly the same state it was found upon arrival.

Interaction with guest

Guests will receive a welcome email upon booking and be required to sign a lease agreement. An informative welcome package will be sent approximately one month prior to your vacation and the electronic key code will be available 7 days prior to arrival. There is a Ring video doorbell placed at the front door, exterior for safety. The button should only be pressed in case of emergency and it will ring us directly. There is also Blink security camera mounted on the outside railing of the deck (right-hand side) pointed at the beach.
